Patience equals Perfection

This is Lisa. Shes been with me for about 2 years now. I haven't always done her color in that time but once she decided to start coming to me,she wanted to go blonde. Lisa is naturally pretty dark. Almost black. Even though Lisa has virgin hair its still hard going from almost black to this blonde. This is how I approached it. I let her know that there is no way I would blast her hair to get her where she wanted to be as that can damage her hair really bad. I personally don't like doing that and I hate when I see that on any Woman. I prefer to take them up in stages. This was her 3rd visit. It took us about 9 months to get her here. Now,if she would have come in more often, then we may have been able to get her lighter sooner. I personally like how she was willing to give her hair the rest that needed. It allowed for her hair to lighten up in a more natural way and allowed us to get her lighter in fewer visits. I think it looks great on her and I'm happy with the way it turned out!
